About the Role:

As a Trainee Educator, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education. You will have the opportunity to work with children aged 0-5 years and contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operation of the centre, including preparing materials and resources for educational activities
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and community members

Requirements:

  • A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it
  • Access to transport to and from the centre
  • A willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy

Salary: $25-$35 per hour (estimated minimum salary based on industry standards)
