About the Role

As a Grade 3 Physiotherapist, you will lead the Physiotherapy team in a purpose-built 24 bed fast-stream orthopaedic rehabilitation service. You will work collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders and have the ability to quickly build rapport and engage with patients, doctors, nursing staff, and all other involved parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and coordinate the department's quality improvement projects
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership as a key adviser on matters relating to rehab physiotherapy management within the hospital
  • Lead and inspire a fantastic team of rehab staff to provide exceptional care and positive outcomes for patients
