Job Description

The Team Leader of New Employer Services (NES) will report to the NES Manager and be responsible for managing their allocated NES team. Key focus areas include improving team performance, achieving KPIs, delivering excellence through innovation, efficiency, and best practice. The role is aligned to and governed by Altius' core values of exceptional customer service, professionalism, performance, collaboration, integrity, leadership, respect, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed team operational performance targets
  2. Lead and manage the daily requirements of the allocated team
  3. Train and develop team members
  4. Engage with key customers and professionally represent Altius
  5. Analyse individual and team performance
  6. Participate in the Altius Leadership group

This role also involves assisting the NES Manager with operational requirements, including but not limited to:

  1. Delivering individual services such as assessments and vocational interventions
