Job Title: Casual Educator

As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work in various childcare centers across the Macarthur/Camden regions on an 'on-call' basis. You'll be supporting the centers' permanent teams by covering sick days, annual leave gaps and general staffing shortages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work in different childcare settings and support the existing teams.
  • Cover staff absences and vacancies as required.

You will be required to hold an Early Childhood qualification (Cert 3, Diploma, ECT) or be working towards one. In addition, you will need:

  • A NSW Working with Children Check (for paid employment).
  • The ability to travel up to 30 minutes throughout Macarthur/Camden areas.
  • A passion for Early Education and providing safe, positive learning environments for children.
  • A willingness to be a positive support to permanent teams within the Centres you will be working in.
