Job Description

In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage your day, supported by a strong network of healthcare professionals and resources. Your primary focus will be on providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, facilitating return to health and work outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client cases with manageable caseloads and Rehabilitation Assistants' support
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skills for autonomous and team work
  • A desire to problem solve, innovate and achieve results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work and associated health benefits
  • A current driver's license and access to own vehicle
