Job Overview

The role involves coordinating work crews in the effective delivery of construction and maintenance services, including roads, bridges, footpaths, cycleways, and stormwater drainage networks.

This position is responsible for providing construction and maintenance services to transport assets, delivering planned maintenance programs, capital works projects, and emergency/disaster response and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, such as communication, delegation, and people management.
  • Be committed to achieving organizational outcomes through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a sound working knowledge of WHS requirements in construction and maintenance and contribute to the implementation of Council's safety culture values.
  • Display effective time-management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Participate in the "on call" rotating roster.
