We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a nurse.

Job Description:

As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including aged care facilities, hospitals, and community care environments. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalized holistic care that supports residents' needs and promotes their independence.

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents, understand their unique needs, and develop tailored care plans to meet those needs. This may involve managing medication, documenting progress notes, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that care plans are implemented efficiently and that residents receive the best possible support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority
  • Proven experience in aged care, hospital, or community care settings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
