Nurse Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care that is tailored to each individual's needs.
Your role will involve assessing residents' health and well-being, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medication and treatments as prescribed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with residents' families and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Assess residents' health and well-being and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- You will have current registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months experience in Aged Care
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- You will be committed to delivering high-quality care and have a passion for working with older adults
