We are seeking an experienced television producer to drive efforts in ensuring contributors reflect the diverse views, values and experiences of people across Britain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with production teams to identify topics for interviews and debate segments\
  • Research interview topics and guests, writing high-quality briefs for presenters and producers\
  • React to breaking news while the programme is on air\
  • Book guests and make sure all logistics are arranged to guarantee they make it on air\
  • Maintain a comprehensive contact book and improve the database\
  • Contribute to editorial meetings suggesting guest ideas and topics\

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering guests\
  • Possession of a journalism qualification\
  • A passion for domestic and international news, politics and current affairs\
