Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 tools.

This role is perfect for an IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. As an Information Technology Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing responsive and customer-oriented IT support to clients. This includes handling system maintenance tasks, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and providing clear updates and support to build trust and keep things running smoothly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) - Level 2
  • Demonstrated network support skills (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs) - Level 2
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues - Level 3
  • Ability to provide responsive and customer-oriented IT support
  • Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Experience working within an MSP environment
  • ITIL Certification

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
