Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role involves creating engaging in-store displays, building relationships with store managers, and effectively completing tasks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading brands and retailers. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing high-quality point-of-sale displays that drive customer engagement
  • Becoming a trusted partner with stores to identify additional promotional opportunities for a range of products
  • Reporting daily tasks and uploading photos via our StoreTrack App

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Availability to work Wednesdays and Thursdays (minimum)
