As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational requirements of our Space&Co business, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at every touchpoint.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for coordinating and servicing external meeting room and workshop bookings, ensuring seamless and rewarding experiences for our customers.

You will be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote meeting and event services to our members and external customers, driving revenue growth and building relationships that benefit both parties. Additionally, you will assist with the promotion of marketing projects within GPT Space&Co and the respective asset in which it operates.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and strong attention to detail. You must be able to juggle multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Your well-developed organisational and time-management skills will enable you to effectively coordinate venue maintenance, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure an excellent standard of venue presentation and operation.
