About the Role
As a key member of the KitchenAid Australia team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team achieve strategic and tactical goals. You will be responsible for supporting retailer business planning, S&OP, analytical support, and project management.
Your primary focus will be on managing key business documents, working with key accounts and stores to coordinate POS, administrative tasks, samples, stock, and order status. You will also create, track, and review trade partner spend within the rebate tracker and discuss concerns/anomalies with the Head of Sales & Finance on a weekly basis.
You will act as a conduit between customer service, operations, category, marketing, and demand planning teams, providing critical support to all account channels. Troubleshooting operational issues, including faulty stock returns, order delivery issues, sample processing, and returns, is also an essential part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, a university degree in business or a related field, and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. A creative flair for creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets, polished communication skills, and excellent organisational abilities are also essential.
