About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting initial rehabilitation needs assessments, developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans, and conducting discipline-specific assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments to identify client goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide clients' return to work and recovery.
  • Conduct discipline-specific assessments, including physical and functional assessments, and vocational assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation services.

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration or membership with ASORC, RCAA, AASW, or ESSA.
  • Comcare workplace rehabilitation provider accreditation or eligibility.
  • DVA rehabilitation provider accreditation or eligibility.
