Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of shifts, providing regular training and coaching to new and existing team members, and managing the booking system and reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless shift operations and coordinate with staff effectively.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee the management of bookings, reservations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop strategies to improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Effectively handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly competent in presentation and grooming.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Full working rights in Australia and ability to work a flexible roster.
