We are seeking an experienced Dining Services Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional meal service to elderly residents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment, supporting the chefs and the team in delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing meal service to elderly residents with dignity and respect
- Cleaning of kitchen, serveries and dining room set up to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Adhering to quality assurance documents to ensure consistency and excellence
- Washing dishes and plating of meals to meet dietary requirements
- Preparing salads and sandwiches in the main kitchen to meet customer preferences
- Function set up and clear down to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual attendance to meet operational demands
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Empathy and respect towards aged care residents, staff and clients
- Aged Care experience is desirable but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
