Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Night Trading Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service during evening and night trade.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is consistently presented in an attractive and welcoming manner, with a focus on visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards.

You will guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

About You and Your Skills
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct leadership experience.
  • The ability to maintain high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
  • Experience driving a one-team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.
