Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our local office, providing vital support to our homecare teams, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise local office and field staff, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity
  • Organize and facilitate management and staff meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and distribution of key information
  • Maintain a clean and safe office environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash and company credit cards, as required
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency
  • Manage incoming mail, including actioning and distribution to relevant parties
  • Support the onboarding process for new staff, including IT setup, office equipment, and orientation training
  • Collect and distribute mail from the postal mailbox
  • Organize office events and activities, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a busy administration setting, with a focus on operations and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision
  • Expertise in medical provider office administration, Aged Care, or NDIS support services is highly desirable
