The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic financial skills, the ability to provide high-quality performance reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis, as well as excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or Master's degree required.
  • 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5–7 years in leadership within a shared services or business partnering environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry financial operations, including claims, policy administration, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven success in managing complex financial processes and driving improvements in shared services.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and leveraging technology for process optimisation.
