In this role as a Hospitality Service Associate, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience, from greeting to taking orders and keeping them satisfied at all times
  • Familiarizing yourself with restaurant products and services, including menus, wine lists, and other beverages
  • Maintaining awareness of dietary requirements to provide guests with accurate information about menu offerings
  • Demonstrating high levels of service and prompt, efficient, and polite responses to requests
  • Encouraging feedback from guests and updating guest history records to anticipate their needs
  • Being proactive in your approach and working within specific standards and procedures

We're looking for a dedicated individual who's not afraid to jump in and help where needed. A hospitality background is ideal, but if you have the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
