About this role

We are seeking casual and part-time Food Service assistants to join our aged care facility.

Key duties include working in a culturally sensitive manner, demonstrating initiative, participating in quality activities, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to quality assurance documents, washing dishes and plating meals, setting up and clearing down functions, and providing food and beverage service.

Aged care experience is preferred but not essential. You must have reliable transportation, be self-motivated, able to multitask and perform work within deadlines, empathetic and respectful towards residents, staff and clients, willing to obtain annual flu and Covid-19 vaccination (preferred), and undergo a police check.
