Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team in Burwood. As a key member of our Parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing quotes and orders, and working closely with our customers to meet their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
  • Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
  • Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
  • Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
  • Working as part of a team to provide and maintain a high-level standard of customer service

Requirements

  • Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
  • Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
  • Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change
  • High level of attention to detail and quality
  • Genuine interest in Automotive industry
  • Experience in the following Franchises is highly regarded but not essential: Audi, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, Mazda, Suzuki, Volkswagen
