Brand Manager

Our goal is to deliver innovative residential projects that exceed expectations. We seek a seasoned Brand Manager who can elevate project marketing and drive conversions across various segments.

This leadership role requires a hands-on brand builder and creative director. You will lead a small, high-output creative team, manage brand governance, and oversee the creative direction of visual content and partner toolkits.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure every visual and message aligns with our brand and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a skilled creative team (Design & Renders)
  • Oversight and enforcement of brand identity, visual systems, and tone of voice across all projects
  • Strategic development of launch assets: brochures, site signage, display collateral, renders, video, and more
  • Creation and delivery of partner toolkits and sales enablement content that empowers referral partners and BDMs
  • Establishment and maintenance of templates, brand kits, and a structured asset library
  • Collaboration with Digital Marketing on paid/social assets and iterative improvements based on performance
  • Co-leadership of launch events to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint
Essential Qualifications:Must-Have Experience:
  • Senior-level brand or creative leadership in property, real estate, or a similar field
  • Proven expertise in directing designers, photographers, videographers, and render teams
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and content-driven sales strategies
  • Mastery of Adobe CC and/or Figma; strong copywriting instincts and print/digital production knowledge
Desirable but Not Required:
  • Sales enablement or channel marketing experience
  • Familiarity with web content specifications and paid ad formats
  • Exposure to Salesforce or data-driven content systems
