The Lounge at UNSW is seeking a skilled Barista and Bartender

We are looking for an experienced professional with exceptional customer service skills to join our team.

  • Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of bartending experience from reputable venues.
  • A competent Barista with latte art skills is essential.
  • Possess a passion and extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails is required.

The Role

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and tea, maintaining thorough knowledge of the menu.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Set up and cleaning of the bar as per standard procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid RSA and full Australian working rights.
  • Be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 12 months.
