Infrastructure Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled infrastructure project delivery specialist to join our team. This key role will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in design and construction, as well as a solid background in infrastructure and earthworks. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Prepare and maintain project-specific documentation, including QSE plans, method statements, MDRs, registers, and schedules.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders on design, construction methods, modifications, and structural repairs.
  • Construction Supervision: Assist in directing and monitoring construction, operations, and maintenance activities to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and project milestones.
  • Surveying and Quality Control: Participate in and supervise surveying activities to ensure accurate layout and alignment of works, and implement QA/QC processes to ensure inspection test plans are followed.
  • Procurement and Administration: Support procurement processes, cost tracking, material estimation, and administer subcontractor and purchase order documentation in line with company standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or sufficient experience with bulk earthworks and road infrastructure works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Able to lead a team, influence key stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships.
