Are you a motivated and experienced property manager looking to take your career to the next level? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established agency in Perth with a rare chance to move into commercial property management. Our client is a market leader in the area known for their strong systems excellent support and high job satisfaction.

The position involves managing a mixed-use portfolio predominantly industrial with a handful of commercial and retail properties. You will be working alongside another experienced commercial property manager and an assistant both of whom have been with the business for several years. The team provides excellent customer service and the workload is manageable due to the selective nature of the properties brought into the portfolio.

We are seeking a candidate with at least two years of experience managing a commercial portfolio or five years managing a residential portfolio. WA registration is also a requirement. In addition we look for initiative a team player attitude accountability and a sense of humour. If you are confident in providing value-added services to owners and enjoy regular training sessions with external real estate professionals this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
