Key Job Role: Commercial Property Manager
A vital opportunity exists to work with a diverse range of commercial and retail assets in Perth. This position entails the overall performance of an asset, including general maintenance and lease/tenant information accuracy along with building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The role includes:

  • Deliver efficient operational management of a mixed-use precinct in the Perth CBD.
  • Directly liaise with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel.
  • Ensure tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and fixed/CPI reviews according to relevant lease provisions.
  • Manage policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements.
  • Prepare cash flow budgets incorporating analysis and forecasting of retail performance.
  • Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Property-related qualification or proven experience in retail or commercial property management.
  • Experience in managing commercial and retail assets.
  • Strong lease administration and renewal negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach and effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen relating to cash flow budgets, incomes, and expenditure.
