Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team in South Sydney. As a leading workplace rehabilitation provider, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to work with our clients, employers, and medical professionals to ensure holistic care. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Utilizing clinical decision-making abilities to aid individuals in their recuperation from injury or illness.
- Developing and implementing recover at work plans, job task analysis, labour market analysis, and job seeking canvassing.
- Handling cases related to return-to-work for various types of insurance referrals, including Workers Compensation, Comcare, CTP, and Life Insurance.
- Conducting appropriate evaluations, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLs), to offer comprehensive assistance.
- Collaborating and communicating with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Reporting writing.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- No experience is required, but a passion for workplace rehabilitation and a commitment to excellence is essential.
