Grow With Me Occupational Therapy is a mobile paediatric Occupational Therapy service dedicated to providing high-quality services to children and families in need. Our team of experienced therapists travel to families at home, school, or kindergarten to assess and provide therapy services to children aged 0-18.
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide best-practice therapeutic supports to clients either 1:1 or in groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Traveling to families in their natural settings, including homes, schools, and kindergartens, or working from our clinic.
- Providing high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Managing their own calendar and keeping thorough records of client interactions.
- Maintaining their own registrations and professional development obligations.
- Fulfilling the responsibilities negotiated with clients in the Service Agreement.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Professional registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with paediatric populations and the NDIS.
We offer a competitive salary, fortnightly pay, superannuation, and a range of benefits, including:
- Salary ($75,000 - $115,000 pro-rata, dependent on experience).
- Fortnightly pay.
- Super: 11%.
- Workcover Insurance.
- Pro-rata annual and personal leave.
- PD budget - $2500 budget per year, pro rata.
- Phone allowance - $10 per f/n.
- Travel reimbursement – 0.99c / km or work vehicle could be negotiated in remuneration package for full-time mobile staff.
- All resources required for role – laptop, printer and laminator (if required), personal mobile therapy kit, access to bigger equipment, resources and assessments shared between the team.
- Regular supervision (clinical and peer).
- 3-week shutdown over Xmas/ New Year period.
- Paid parental leave.
- Friendly and supportive small team environment with team days and/or social events at least once per term.
