Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista/Café All-Rounder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating exceptional customer experiences through attentive service, expert coffee making, and thorough food preparation.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene in food handling and presentation.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their queries, requests, and concerns.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations, efficient workflows, and consistent quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a barista with expertise in high-volume coffee making.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, including HACCP standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and grooming, as this is a front-of-house role.
  • Valid driver's license, for driving onto base and assisting delivery drivers when required.
