As a Cybersecurity Sales Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth across Australia. Your primary objective will be to generate pipeline and drive sales-qualified opportunities through outbound activity, inbound follow-up, and creative outreach.

  • You will reach out to cold and warm leads across Australia by phone and email, booking meetings for our Business Development Managers and creating sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and engage decision-makers, working alongside a high-performing team with direct access to leadership.
  • Utilize tools like Lusha and HubSpot to source, track, and engage prospects, contributing to team-wide pipeline and revenue goals.

Commission is earned on every qualified opportunity, meeting booked, and pipeline created, with accelerators and team bonuses when targets are exceeded. A base salary reflects both your potential and the value you bring to the role.

Requirements:

We are open to people who are new to sales, as well as those with 1 to 2 years of experience looking to build a long-term career in tech. Key attributes include:

  • Highly motivated individuals who bring energy to every conversation.
  • The ability to handle rejection without losing confidence or momentum.
  • A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about tools like Lusha, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding how to leverage ChatGPT and AI to write prospecting messages, improve efficiency, and get better outcomes.
