About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT/OT Cyber Security Specialist to lead our organisation's security initiatives.

  • Develop and implement secure design principles for IT and OT environments.
  • Implement tailored security controls for OT/ICS/SCADA assets, including PLCs, HMIs, and DCS.
  • Serve as an expert on IT/OT network and system threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations.
  • Maintain OT policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and values.
  • Monitor and report compliance status of IT systems against internal and external requirements.
  • Conduct audits, assessments, and reviews, providing recommendations for improvement and remediation.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units and functions on cyber engineering and resilience matters.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including senior management, regulators, auditors, customers, and suppliers, on cyber issues and initiatives.
  • Collaborate within the Cyber Security Group, including Operations, Architecture, and GRC teams.
About You
  • Cyber Security, ICT, or Engineering related degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in leading high-performance cyber security teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Significant experience (5-10+ years) in cyber security, with expertise in both IT and OT environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with ICS/SCADA, DCS, and industrial automation technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of ISM and experience in applying OT specific frameworks and architectures.
  • Industry certifications such as CISP, CISSM, GICSP, or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
