Role Overview:

Parts Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on parts and components to customers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert guidance on parts and components to meet customer needs and enhance the sales process.
  • Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee customer satisfaction and meet their requirements.
  • Support the identification and sourcing of hard-to-find parts as needed.
  • Ensure timely and professional handling of all customer inquiries.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of parts sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
