Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and cooperation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to improve our programs and services.

Requirements

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
