Senior Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Preston. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of $33.71-$34.72 per hour. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs. You will also ensure that all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victoria Working with Children's Check
