About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at KinCare, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly individuals in their homes across the Nepean and Penrith regions.

As a Community Physiotherapist with KinCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to customers, assisting them in maintaining their strength, balance, and mobility, while also providing support to manage chronic health conditions.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including Nurses, Allied Health staff, Case Managers, and Support Workers, to support customers' overall health and well-being.

This is a permanent part-time role, offering up to 3 days per week (Mon - Fri) with the flexibility to work from home when you aren't visiting clients in the community.

About You:

  • Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current national registration with AHPRA
  • Community experience highly desirable as well as knowledge and experience in delivering the Otago Exercise Programme or similar
  • Permanent full-time or part-time availability
  • Full Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • The ability to be flexible, resilient, and to make strong decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Genuine interest in working in the community and with the elderly, previous experience an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
