We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join our team at KinCare. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to elderly individuals in their homes across the Nepean and Penrith regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify customers' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver physiotherapy services to customers in their homes, focusing on maintaining strength, balance, and mobility
  • Support customers in managing chronic health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes, and dementia
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Operate autonomously, making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers
Requirements
  • Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current national registration with AHPRA
  • Community experience highly desirable, as well as knowledge and experience in delivering the Otago Exercise Programme or similar
  • Permanent full-time or part-time availability
  • Full Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to be flexible, resilient, and make strong decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Genuine interest in working in the community and with the elderly, previous experience an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
