Job Title: Health Care Professional

The Forgie Surgical Ward is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing care and manage patient cases on a shift-by-shift basis in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient-centred care at Gawler Health Service.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver services in a timely and safe manner.
  • Apply clinical guidelines and practices while managing patient needs.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse.
