Job Title:

Mental Health Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with individuals who require support to overcome mental health barriers.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing counseling services, and referring clients to external support services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Provide counseling intervention services via face-to-face and telehealth modalities.
  • Refer clients to additional external support services to help address barriers.
  • Monitor client progress and provide evaluations on assessments.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in psychology or counseling.
  • Eligibility for registration with APHRA or membership with ACA/PACFA.
  • Experience working within employment services (highly regarded but not essential).
