Client Growth Position

Envy Abode is a leading provider of high-end custom residential construction. We're seeking a Client Strategy & Sales Executive to lead the front end of our pipeline.

This role focuses on converting paid leads, nurturing long-cycle buyers, and developing referral networks that drive consistent qualified work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and convert inbound and paid leads into signed clients
  • Lead clients from initial enquiry through design sign-up and build contract
  • Present our structured design-to-build process
  • Collaborate with internal designers, estimators, and supervisors
  • Build and nurture referral relationships with buyer's advocates, architects, and aligned professionals
  • Attend industry events, pitch Envy Abode to your network, and generate your own referral flow
  • Manage CRM inputs, sales pipeline tracking, and conversion forecasting

Compensation Details

  • Ramp-up Bonus Structure:
  • Base TRP: $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation), ramped over 6 months
  • Performance-based bonuses linked to sales volume, conversion, and client outcomes
  • Optional company vehicle added post-probation based on results
  • Uncapped earnings structure applies after ramp-up phase

  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience selling in residential construction, architecture, or high-end design
  • Confidence closing premium clients with long decision cycles
  • Performance-driven attitude with trust and integrity as core values
  • Sales skills, pipeline management, and external partnership development
