Job Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a warehouse professional. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing tasks such as picking and packing orders, processing inbound and outbound orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing orders to customer specifications
  • Processing inbound and outbound orders
  • Performing putaways into designated locations
  • Timely replenishment of stock
  • Operating hand-held technology such as RF scanners
  • Using WMS to print labels and check data
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders
  • Following client SOPs to meet customer expectations and minimize stock damage
  • Supporting stocktakes as required
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
  • Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including hazard awareness
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment
  • Forklift license (High Reach and/or Counter Balance) essential
  • Proven experience in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders
  • Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
  • Ability to work in a team with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Understanding of WH&S policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible, positive, can-do attitude
