Junior Project Coordinator

We're seeking a meticulous and organized professional to fill the role of Junior Project Coordinator.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing project workflow, ensuring seamless transitions between phases and facilitating collaboration among teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination:
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify areas for process improvement and optimize workflows
- Monitor project progress, addressing any roadblocks or bottlenecks that may arise
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure all project materials, including briefs and job tracking documents, are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Develop and maintain relationships with freelancers and external suppliers, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into project workflows
- Support the development and implementation of best practices across departments, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Assist in the creation and submission of award entries, highlighting the agency's exceptional work and achievements
- Manage social media accounts, crafting engaging content that showcases the agency's personality and expertise
