The resort management position is a leadership role that oversees the entire operation of a boutique resort.

The adults-only resort has 18 individual – ensuite rooms and offers a quality restaurant, spa, and other amenities to guests and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct guest relations, staff development, and performance management
  • Strategize sales and marketing with a focus on online platforms, social media, and OTA channels
  • Oversee food and beverage operations and maintain high service standards
  • Manage maintenance, engineering functions, including utilities, facilities, and equipment
  • Compile management reports for stakeholders
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in hospitality management
  • Extensive experience in managing similar resorts, preferably in the South Pacific
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience running a restaurant and utilizing software such as Siteminder, Xcel, and Word
