Resort Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Professional to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease and possess a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the resort, including managing front office tasks, coordinating events and providing exceptional customer service to our valued homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative functions of the resort, including correspondence, reports and records.
  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, including weddings, birthdays and other celebrations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort, including common areas and resident facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the resort's overall goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
