Senior Business Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of business solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create fit-for-purpose solutions that meet clients' evolving requirements.
  • Support the sales, delivery, and consulting teams in scoping, architecting, and guiding the implementation of business-critical systems.
  • Deliver commercially sound solutions that align with business objectives and add real value.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, collaborate with peers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize scalability.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.
  • A strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferably).
