Sydney Ultrasound for Women is a renowned diagnostic ultrasound medical practice, devoted to meeting the needs of women at various stages of their lives. Our doctors are specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (O&G) who have further specialised in ultrasound, high-risk obstetrics and reproductive genetics.

About the Role

This role is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing direct enhancements to the patient experience. Under guidance from your Clinic Coordinator, you will:

  • Triage incoming calls and emails
  • Manage patient bookings and monitor clinic appointments
  • Accurate data entry into the patient management system
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Deliver exceptional caring service to all patients
  • Collect consent forms and update and maintain accurate patient records
  • Liaise with external GP's, specialists, and their staff
  • Prepare consulting rooms and the clinic for the day
  • Provide ongoing support to sonographers, sonologists, and genetic counsellors
Requirements

You will need:

  • Demonstratable ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional computer and IT skills, Microsoft Office Suite essential
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Superior time management skills with proven ability to multitask
