Financial Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Communications Specialist to join our team.

  • To be responsible for communicating strategic messaging to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including a database of analysts and key investors.
  • To analyse information from the broker/analyst/investment community and prepare reports outlining key findings and trends.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management, the corporate development and strategy team, and other senior executives to drive business growth and further diversify our offering.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project and stakeholder management experience, and high expectations regarding accuracy and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Articulate Strategic Messaging: Develop and articulate the overall financial and strategic message to investors and analysts.
  • Formalise External Investor Relations Communications Strategy: Formalise external investor relations communications strategy, framework, and processes.
  • Accompany Senior Management to Investor Meetings: Accompany senior management to investor meetings and roadshows.
  • Analyse Information and Prepare Reports: Analyse information from the broker/analyst/investment community and prepare Board/management reports outlining key findings and trends.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including a database on analysts and key investors as appropriate.
  • Draft Communication Materials: Draft all investor relations communication materials and public documents, including presentations, announcements, Q&A documents, information memos, briefings, website content, etc.
  • Support Corporate Events: Assist with development of investor roadshows and other corporate event support, including AGMs and shareholder meetings.
  • Establish and Maintain Key Investor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key investors and shareholders.
