Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Property Development and Strategy teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for property projects, ensuring alignment with our corporate brand.
  • Assist in organizing local events, activations, and creating annual marketing plans specific to property development projects, working closely with our Group Head of Marketing and external agencies to deliver on these plans.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent execution of our brand and product information across all marketing channels, specifically tailored to new property developments.
  • Manage content for digital assets, including websites and campaign landing pages.
  • Contribute to marketing and branding concepts and copy development.
  • Develop and manage website content for our digital assets and online sales sites as required.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure project marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in a related discipline, such as marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, with experience in property development or real estate an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, including television, radio, digital, social, and direct marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency using computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, operating in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience with website CMS systems, such as WordPress or Squarespace, and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
