We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team at the Department of Education, Western Australia. As a key member of our ICT Operations and Customer Service Directorate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ICT services to support the education sector.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent full-time position that requires you to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer-focused service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide technical support, system maintenance, and other related services to schools and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Support schools and corporate stakeholders by delivering innovative ICT solutions along with responsive, high-quality ICT process management services.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment;
