Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

The Marketing Executive role involves assisting with communications, managing and distributing electronic direct mailers (EDMs), posting related social media content, updating website content, and campaign reporting.

A strong foundation in customer relationship management (CRM) is essential for this role, preferably gained within a professional services context. This includes developing and managing the firm's database to optimize marketing and business development activities.

The ideal candidate will also play a leading role in consulting on events, including research and concept development, creating CRM customer journeys, automated marketing communications, and post-event reporting.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and distribute EDMs, update website content, and post related social media content
  • Engage in broader profile-raising activities, sponsorships, filming coordination, marketing collateral, and other marketing initiatives

Requirements for the position include:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in event coordination and/or CRM administration, preferably in professional services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and initiative
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing communications journey mapping, CRM software, website content management system, and Microsoft Office
